The sanctuary of First Lutheran's building is a marvelous example of "Old World" charm.  The space is filled with light during the day and cozy with candle-light for evening worship.  Our organ produces a wonderful sound.  But perhaps our greatest physical space-related feature is our beautiful rerdos - the sculpture of the risen Christ, which stands behind the Table.  Jesus' hands reach out in blessing and welcome, encouraging us to remember that everything in our lives is in those welcome, loving hands of God.

First Lutheran's Fellowship Hall is spacious, light and flexible.  We can seat over 125 people at tables, if necessary, but can also meet in smaller groups for conversation and fun.  Our Quilters meet in the Fellowship Hall and enjoy its light - and its access to the kitchen for their coffee break!

The Sunday school rooms are easily accessible and cheerful.  The children helped a local artist paint the mural of Noah's ark on the "big wall".  The Sunday school room is filled with crafting materials, story prompts, and engaging ideas for learning and sharing faith.

Our other two study rooms have been retooled to accomodate UCAN and an annual Free Tax Preparation Service.  UCAN utilizes the room that was meant for whatever community service ministry developed.  The second study room is available for Bible study, adult forums, small group meetings and confirmation classes.

The kitchen, just off the Fellowship Hall, houses two stoves/ovens, a commercial dishwasher, a hand sink and a cooking/clean-up sink, a large refrigerator, and of course, several coffee pots!  The coffee is just about always on at First Lutheran.

In the addition, we also house a modest library, which is great for medium-sized meetings, the church office, which houses our friendly volunteers, and the pastor's office.
